OKCPD officers responded to a man outside shooting a gun. 59-year-old Juan Castorenna-Guerrero, exited the residence with a gun in his hand. Officers gave Castorenna-Guerrero verbal commands to drop the gun. He did not drop the gun, so an officer deployed a 40mm less lethal round toward him. Officers discharged their firearms toward the suspect. He retreated back into the residence. After several minutes, Castorenna-Guerrero exited the residence without the firearm and surrendered to officers
