A 6 week “cleanse” or detox doesn’t mean shit if you’re just going to go back to your unhealthy habits — in fact a “detox” could just make you feel like garbage the whole time so you believe that your unhealthy habits are better for you — that’s not what we want! Ways to support your NATURAL DETOX PATHWAYS: ✅ Do drink filtered water with minerals so you feel hydrated — if you’re drinking so much water that you’re peeing all day long, then you’re doing it wrong. ✅ Do make sure you’re pooping everyday 1-2 times at least!
