Definitely loved this meal and I can see why it’s one of the two viral udon carbonara spots in Tokyo. The noodles are so bouncy and chewy and I loved the generous amount of freshly shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese they give! Loved the crispy, fatty pork belly that came with the udon as well since it had so much flavor 😋 This place gets busyyy so plan to come a little before they open around 11:30AM or you might end up waiting for a while 🫣. Heard their hot udon is also delicious and I’d definitely recommend adding some tempura à la carte to add to your meal~ Ordered: ⇒ Carbonara Udon (¥950) + added Mentaiko (¥200) ⇒ Geso-Ten (Squid Leg Tempura) for ¥250 ⇒ Maru-Ten (Freshly-made Fish Cake Tempura) for ¥350
