Am I missing something? I don’t know who Tower is, when he fell in love with trains, or why he got into the Japanese hotel business, but he’s a genius and I’m grateful. When I walked past the poster advertising Tower’s Hotel in Osaka, Japan, I had no choice but to book the Train Room immediately. Despite regretting that decision later the same evening, it ended up being a meaningful experience. And I slept like a captain. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Tower, for a situation that’ll stay with me forever. If that’s not the definition of hospitality, I don’t know what is.
